still going!

things are going better, my workout program is better, i’m making my way to the rec more often. trying to keep weight off and lose some. family weekend is this weekend and i cannot wait, having my family here will be good because they’ll be honest about how i look and it’ll keep me going!! takes four weeks for me to notice body change, so i have another week and a half to two weeks! just gotta keep moving!!

Chugging along…

I’m still going, my work out habits are getting better, my eating choices are better too! My next thing to conquer is portion control! That’s my challenge for this week!!

tailgating….

this weekend tailgating got the best of me…but i just signed up to do the warrior dash in a few weeks os i have no choice but to hit the gym! i hope this helps me stick with it and stay motivated!

day three.

day three of me finally getting on track with my workouts, and its feeling good! can’t get discouraged, results won’t come right away. Just going to keep reminding myself four weeks!!
