i failed, last night i gave in to both ice cream and snacking. but today is a new day and i’m off to the rec soon. NEW GOAL: keep busy, so i don’t have time to snack between meals. I was and still am super upset with myself because now i’m four steps back. I am starting back up again today, and hopefully won’t give in, again. need to remember process not product, four weeks. i have to give myself four weeks before i will even begin to notice a difference.
